Yes — most customers order their usual size. All clogs are unisex and sized in EU; see our size guide for US and UK conversions. Between sizes or have wide feet? Size up.
Are they good for wide feet?
The roomy footbed and adjustable buckle work for many foot shapes. If your feet are wide, we recommend sizing up.
Is it real suede?
Styles labeled genuine suede are made with real cow suede. Styles labeled vegan use synthetic microsuede or faux leather and contain no animal leather. Every product page lists its exact materials.
Can I wear them all day?
That's what they're made for. The contoured cork footbed supports your heel and arch, and the flexible sole handles home, errands and long days at work.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. After dispatch, delivery usually takes 5–12 business days to the US and 7–20 business days to most international destinations. Every order ships with tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes — we ship to most countries with tracking. International orders ship DDU (duties unpaid), so local duties or taxes may be charged on arrival.
Can I change or cancel my order?

How do I care for suede?
Brush regularly with a suede brush, lift marks with a suede eraser and let wet suede air-dry away from direct heat. Avoid bleach wipes and harsh cleaners. Read our suede care guide.
